After packages arrive at our Florida warehouse and is logged to our system it typically takes 2-3 business days to reach Jamaica and to clear customs. Our shipping schedule, we ship 4x per week by Air and 1x per week by Sea. Please be advised shipping times may vary, should there be a delay our customers will be notified promptly.

The contents and value of each package entering the country through our services has to be declared to the Jamaica Customs. If invoices are not provided there is a possibility that the Customs Officer inspecting the shipment will assign a higher value to your package resulting in higher clearance charge which will be passed on to you.

Light Weight Packages must be collected within 5 days once marked as ready for pickup or delivery. Boxed or Bulky Packages must be collected within 6 days once marked as ready for pickup or delivery. Storage fee will be applied daily at a cost of $200 JMD per day for Light Weight Packages and $400 JMD per day for Boxed or Bulky Packages.

All same day delivery request must be submitted before 10am on the day that the delivery is needed. Any request for delivery made after 10am on each day will be processed the following day. All downloaded invoices ensures compliance with Jamaica Customs regulations and protects you from fraudulent claims. A complete invoice includes: Order Number, Description of items with a detailed cost breakdown and checkout total showing final amount paid. All invoices must be submitted to [email protected] once notification is sent that package has been received at our warehouse in Florida before it reaches Jamaica. Please note when submitting invoice to [email protected] to include your Account Number ( OLIC000 ) in subject line area of email.

Packages labeled as *Unknown* are considered unfit for acceptance. The warehouse reserves the right to discard any package delivered with an incorrect, incomplete or wrong address. If your package is missing your courier code ( OLIC000 ) an investigation will have to be conducted to locate package. To begin this process you will have to provide Proof of Delivery, Tracking Number, Name on Package & Date of alleged delivery. Once package is located a fee of $600 JMD will be charged for retrieval and reshipping. If package is not located neither the warehouse or NShipholic Logistics will be responsible for a refund.

If a package remains unclaimed after 5 days of storage, it will be considered to be unclaimed and will be subjected to auctions. If a claimed package is left uncollected for more than 30-31 days ( 1month ) it will be auctioned to recover freight and local clearance charges incurred.

Customers must present a valid form of identification upon collection of any package. If you are unable to pick-up or receive a requested delivery package and wish to have someone do so on your behalf, you will have to communicate this information via email to ([email protected]) or at time delivery request is being made via whatsapp to (876-388-0421).Copy of the identification that will be used by individual must be sent along with statement of you authorizing individual to collect on your behalf.
