Acceptance of Terms

By registering, shipping and receiving services from NShipholic Logistics you (Customer) agrees to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all services provided unless otherwied agreed in writing.

Services Provided

NShipholic Logistics arranges transportation, custom clearanace, warehousing, and delivery of goods. We act as your logistics provider but may use third-party carriers, agents or contractors.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete shipping information including ( declared value, contents, weight .

• Ensure goods are properly packaged and labeled.

• Comply with all import/export laws and regulations.

• Pay all fees and charges related to shipment.

Failure to provide correct information may result in delays, fines or refusal or services.

Prohibited & Restricted Items

We do not accept shipments containing:

• Hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials under Jamaican or International Laws.

• Cash, jewelry, or high-valued items unless declared and pre-approved.

• Perishable or fragile goods unless properly packaged and insured.

NShipholic Logistics or its partners is not liable for shipments in violation of these restrictions.

Delivery & Shipping Times

Estimated delivery dates are Not Guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, strikes or carrier issues beyond our control. We are not responsible for consequntial or financial losses caused by delays.

Insurance

Customers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance at the rates provided. Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 5 Days of Delivery.

Liability Limitations

NShipholics Logistics is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequental losses eg.( loss of profit, business delays).

• Damage by improper packaging, inaccurate documentation, or prohibited items.

• Delays outside our control eg.( Customs, natural disasters, carrier disruptions).

Maxium Liability is limited to the declared value or insured value of the shipment whichever is lower.

Charges & Fees

Customers agree to pay all applicabe shipping charges, surcharges, customs duties, taxes, warehousing fees, and penalties. Unpaid balances will result in witheld delivery until settlement.

Claims & Disputes

Claims must be submitted in writing with proof of value. NShipholic Logistics reserves the right to investigate before settlement. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica and resolved through arbitration/mediation before the courts.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments at our discretion, including those in violation of these terms.
